Each pet bathed experiences our Hydro-Surge Massage Bathing System, a real "feel good" treat; especially for an older pet who might be a little stiff. We use only the finest shampoos and coat conditioners from top manufacturers and can help you choose home grooming products for your pet to keep them looking good until their next visit.
Have a dog with super sensitive skin or allergies? Our Pet Silk Oatmeal or Tea Tree Bath is just the trick to calm sensitive or itchy skin. For dry or damaged coats we can give your pet a soothing hot oil treatment and/or a shampoo and conditioning with our Pet Silk products (with real silk protein). Fido looking faded out? We can help with our color enhancing shampoo treatments for white, black, red or gold coats. Fleas a problem? Let us debug your dog or cat, then help you choose an appropriate flea/tick preventive for ongoing care both on your pet and in and around your home.

For any pet to visit our grooming salon we require full, current (within 12 months) proof of the following vaccinations: DHLP-Parvo & Rabies as well as Bordetella. (within 6 months). Acceptable proof is a vet invoice with dates of administration or expiration. No hand written folders accepted. Your pet's safety and health are our top priority so we are very strict about proof of vaccinations.

Dogs are most always invited for a nail trim during store hours. The cost is $8-$12 depending on the temperament of the dog and time involved. Please keep your pets' nails trimmed short ... it is very important to their health.

Bird Wing and Nail Trims are also available - $10 for wings or $20 for wings and nails. We have 2 staff members who specialize in avian care so an appointment is always required.

Pet Taxi

We have pick-up and delivery service available Monday-Friday in and around San Antonio. Our custom built conversion van was designed for your pet's safety and comfort.

We are very picky about who transports your pets so hours of availability may be limited. We have Keith Beaman our Grooming Manager who is a qualified and experienced driver to transport your pet. Call for availability and rates.

For traveling pets, we also offer airport pick up and delivery. We can transport your pets to our facility or to your home in and around San Antonio.

Rob Cary Pet Resort is a member of IPATA (Independent Pet and Animal Transport Association).We can take care of your domestic flights when you need to transport a pet. Shipping is available on a case by case basis. Please call Caryl Scrimpsher to receive a rate quote and more information.
