Hill Country Village
Pet Boarding & Grooming Near Hill Country Village, TX
Rob Cary Pet Resort has proudly served families in Hill Country Village since 1976, making us one of the longest-standing pet care providers in North Central San Antonio. Just minutes from your home along US-281, our 40,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility sits on nearly 4 acres near the Bitters Road and Loop 1604 corridor — close enough for an easy drop-off, far enough to feel like a true retreat for your pet.
Boarding Built for Discerning Pet Owners
Boarding is our specialty. Dogs, cats, and even birds stay in indoor suites with piped-in music, individual climate control, and round-the-clock, on-premise resident caretakers — not just daytime staff. For a community that values quality and peace of mind, we treat every stay like your pet is the only one that matters.
Convenient for SAT Airport Travelers
Hill Country Village sits just a couple of miles north of San Antonio International Airport, and so do we. That makes Rob Cary Pet Resort a natural stop before or after a flight — drop your pet off on your way to SAT, or pick them up on your way home without adding miles to your trip. No detours across town, no fighting traffic on 281 or 1604 with a suitcase in the car.
Grooming & Training, Since Day One
Beyond boarding, our full-service grooming salon keeps pets looking their best, and our dog training program — one of the original services we've offered since 1976 — covers everything from basic obedience to advanced work. Many Hill Country Village clients use us as a one-stop resource: board while traveling, groom before a big event, train for better behavior at home.
