What Services Does Rob Cary Pet Resort Offer?

At Rob Cary Pet Resort, we offer a variety of pet care services designed to cater to the unique needs of your pets. Our services include luxurious boarding, supervised playtime, grooming, and training. We strive to make each pet's stay comfortable and enjoyable, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.

What is your policy on deposits?

How do payments get handled?

We collect payment at the end of your pet’s stay. The day you drop off is always a full day's boarding charge. If you pick up your pet before 2pm Monday-Saturday, you will not be charged for the day of pick up. Sundays are always a full day’s boarding charge. If you are booking for more than 14 days we will need a 50% deposit and weekly payments to keep your account current. At your pet’s check in we will show you an estimate of the cost of your pet’s boarding and have you sign off on that estimate. We accept all major forms of payment. We do not accept checks.

What are your service package options?

We are excited to announce that we now include services in your boarding reservation! You now have three options to choose from:

Option One: Daycare Package — If your pet is daycare compatible (must have an assessment before your boarding reservation) then they will have, at minimum, two 30-minute play sessions, each day, with other pup friends!

Option Two: Potties and Snuggles — A personal favorite of the Rob Cary staff! Your pup will enjoy two nature walks and a snuggle time with a staff member each day. This is great for human-friendly pups!

Option Three: Splash Time (Seasonal) —This package is great for shy pups who do not want to be handled. Pups will get a wading pool on their patio (weather permitting) and a treat-filled Kong.

If you and your pet do not want any of these packages, there will be no discount on your boarding price.

What can I bring with my pet?

We encourage you to bring the food that your pet eats at home, especially if they are older or have food sensitivities. If that is not possible, we feed the pets our in-house kibble at no extra charge. Feeding our wet food is an extra charge. Please let us know at check-in what brand of food and what protein is in your pet's food so we can best match that with our in-house food or in case your pet runs out of food.

Other items you may bring are treats, a bed, a blanket, and up to two toys. We also accept medication and can administer most medications. We ask that you bring all medication in its original packaging. There is an additional charge of $1 for more than two pills per day. There is a charge of $2.50 for any medication administered to the ears and eyes or any injections per dose, per day. We will need to write the pet's name on all items that are brought with the pet.
